The No Snooze Challenge
March 16-20, 2026
Your alarm goes off.
You hit snooze…again.
And you resign yourself to today being a trash day and you being a hot mess…again.
If you are a woman with ADHD or if you struggle with procrastination,
CHRONIC SNOOZING IS RUINING YOUR LIFE.
Sounds dramatic, huh? Keep reading.
The 5-Day No Snooze Challenge is a free challenge for women with ADHD or procrastination tendencies. Over the course of 5 days you will change one small action and ultimately change how you show up in your life.
HERE’S THE TRUTH ABOUT SNOOZING
HERE’S THE TRUTH ABOUT SNOOZING
When you chronically snooze you do 2 things:
You break the first promise you make to yourself every day.
Just like you wouldn’t trust a friend who made and broke a promise every day, when you snooze you lose self-trust. When you lose self-trust your brain stops believing that you will show up. You make promises and plans throughout the day and your brain’s like “yeah right..you can’t even get up in the morning, sis”.
You set your day behind, and then you wake up frantic.
You tell yourself “ugh…Today is gonna suck. I am such a mess”. And your brain starts believing this narrative because it is connected to the action you do every day…snoozing and then rushing. Your brain’s like “sounds about right…I guess we are a mess!”
Most habit-based challenges try to change your behavior.
This one changes your brain.
Here's why this works when affirmations don't: when you get up at your alarm AND say something you're choosing to believe — your unconscious mind sees you doing a hard thing while saying it. That's not just words. That's evidence. And your brain knows the difference.
In the No Snooze Challenge you will be creating new neural pathways…you will quite literally begin rewiring how your brain responds to hard things.
We will not be throwing sparkly affirmations around for 5 days. You will be changing your actions and building a new belief about yourself.

MEET DR. KIMMY
I’m a wife, mom, pediatrician, and CEO who didn’t find out I had ADHD until my 40s.
I built a whole business, homeschooled my kids, and looked like I had it together — while quietly white-knuckling every morning.
The snooze button wasn’t my biggest problem. But fixing it changed something — it showed me I could keep a promise to myself. And that changed everything.
I’ve helped dozens of women like you repair their relationship with themselves — starting with one tiny promise every morning.
I built this challenge because it’s the thing I wish someone had handed me.
Come do it with me.
